Wow what a day we drove the 10ks to Lawn Hill national park
blew up the kayaks and launched them into the water for the paddle up the
gorge. What a great day we had it took
about 30mins to paddle the first gorge and then we had to carry the kayaks up
and over to the other gorge, we stopped and had morning tea here. Now we were in the other part of the gorge
and it was fantastic we did see a small croc nothing to worry about.
Once up the top of the gorge we had a play at a small falls
really some water running very fast over some rocks but good fun we had our
lunch here and played for quite some time. By the time we paddled back down the
gorge we were really tired and ready to put the kayaks on the car and get back
to camp for a swim. We did have a very
early night as this has been a very full day.
