What a lovely drive today went
through some interesting places first Einasleigh only little but there we went
and saw Copperfield gorge not much water would be great to see in the wet
season.
We arrived in Forsayth at around
11:30am after the road conditions changed from tar to dirt several times and we
follow the railway line most of the way.
The train from Cairns ends there we check out the things to see there
and ventured back on our way.
On our way into Cobbold Gorge we
stopped and picked up some firewood, wow we have now arrived at our oasis in
the desert what a great place, picked our camp site then went for a swim in the
lovely pool very refreshing at first. Had a couple of swim before it got dark
as it is another very hot day up here.
