Today we are heading out to Lawn Hill so we got out of camp
around 8:30am. Not much here at Gregory Downs only a pub and some public
toilets.
The trip out to Adels Grove was great for about 44ks as that
is where a mine is and they were doing extensive road works for the trucks.
We arrived at Adels Grove about 10:30am and asked the
availability at Lawn Hill as you have to book on line and it is a bit hard when
you don’t have any service to do so. The boys decided to stay here (Adel’s
Grove) as they liked the look of the place so here is where we are.
It has been very hot today so down to the creek for a well
deserved swim and cool off, stayed most of the afternoon down in the grove as
it was nice and cool. Took a sunset tour
to Harrys Hill.
