We pulled out of the park around
9:30am and drove into town to get our bread we ordered the day before, after
visiting the supermarket for a few last minute things we headed off out of town
the 70ks back to Normanton.
We stopped at the Norman River
there and took some photos, went into town had a walk around fuelled up and
headed out. When we got out of town and
found we had to take a detour to the Savannah way as it is closed over two
rivers.
We are now on the Savannah way
after 60ks down to the main road and up Ten Mile track, the roads have been
good so far. We arrived at Leichardt
River Falls around 4pm found a spot to camp, we had a look in the river and
found a baby croc.
