We decided to push on today as it was the start of the long
week end and not sure if Kakadu will get busy. Drove through Pine Creek to have
a look did not stop out to the highway and back to the road out to Kakadu.
Found the info centre and go all the things we should see on
the south side and found we could camp at Gunlom falls with the vans. The girl at the visitors centre said the road
was very rough coming in, well we think she has not been in here for awhile as
it was a good road so if the rest are like this we are laughing.
We took a walk down to the plung pool to have a look not
sure if we will go in here we might wait and see if anyone else braves it.
