It was another full day of sightseeing so left camp 8:30am
which was early for us, we had 50ks of dirt road and the booklet we had from
the park said it would take 2hrs so we were not sure what the road was going to
be like. Anyway the road turned out to
be a very good road some corrugations along the way nothing we could not
handle.
Once at Jim Jim Falls we had a bit of a walk into them and
crossed over some very large rocks a lot of the way was not marked, after a
swim in the very cold pool we found a small beach and had lunch.
On our way out we decided to go and have a look at Twin
falls and before we could get down the road we had to cross Jim Jim river which
had .8m of water over it not trouble for the boys. Onto a boat that took us
down the river a bit and then walk a little way and then we came across the
beautiful falls. Home very late that
night.
