We headed back out to the main road today and the road was a
lot worse than it was coming in as there was a lot of traffic on it over the
long weekend. On our way we saw some
donkeys, and one dingo as we have not seen much wild life up here.
We dropped into Maguk well the road in here was bad as there
was a section we could only go about 10ks as it was very badly corrugated. We
arrived to find the car park nearly full so we managed to get the 2 vans just
inside the gate. We had a 1/2hr walk to
the fall it was not too bad at the end we had some rocks which had sand and it
made them very slippery.
As usual once at the end we had a great plunge pool with a
lovely water fall, the water was very clear and a lot of people in this pool
and more arriving all the time. We
stayed awhile swimming around as we got out there was a water monitor crawling
over Pam’s bag.
Back to the car for lunch before moving onto Coorinda and as
it was another hot day and the park had a lovely pool we went for a swim looked
around the park while being eaten by mozzies.
